Breaking Out of Yourself

You are not the problem. Your programming is.

Breaking Out of Yourself is the book Dr. Kayden wrote for every person who knows they’re capable of more — but keeps hitting the same invisible wall. In relationships. In money. In the way they see themselves.

Drawing on years of psychotherapy, personal loss, and working with thousands of people, Dr. Kayden gives you a clear, honest framework for understanding why you’re stuck — and exactly how to break free.

No fluff. No theory. Just the tools that actually work, written for people who are serious about change.

The life and relationships you want are not out of reach. You just need to break out of yourself first.

BUT DON’T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT…

Just look at the results.

This is a different read from many of the other self help books I have picked up in the past. Kayden’s approach acknowledges the realities of navigating life’s challenges from a place of lived experience.

It is accessible and relatable and most importantly made me realize that there is always a way forward and sometimes it isn’t in the big and the profound but in the small and simple shifts in awareness we make in the moment.

If there’s anyone who walks their talk and walks the walk – it’s Kayden. She’s a living example and role model of someone, who turns her lifes’ hardship into the wisdom she’s now on a mission with to help others for a while already. This book is a great fast read with nuggets of wisdom and insights in every chapter. I particularly loved the chapter that referenced an enduring character “Jonathan Livingston Seagull” from a well known parable 🙂 I highly recommend to anyone who needs to make sense of life when it gets tough, or who feels a little stuck in the mud!

“The wake-up call I didn’t know I needed”

I picked up Breaking Out of Yourself expecting another self-help book full of generic advice — I was wrong. Kayden cuts straight to the heart of why so many of us stay stuck, not because of our circumstances, but because of the stories we keep telling ourselves. The insights in this book are uncomfortable in the best possible way. I found myself highlighting almost every other page. If you’re ready to stop playing small and actually do the inner work, this is the book to start with. Highly recommend.
